Brief Answer:
Medications side effect, supportive treatment advised.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your cocnern. Elevated liver enzymes, and pancreatic enzymes are due to lipitor for sure and withdrawing it and replacing it with another statin may help. Dry mouth and dizziness too are side effects of this medication along many other you may be on. Treatment is mostly supportive. Artificial saliva, more fluids intake, chewing gum will help with dry mouth, Some antivert and use of some support while walking like stick etc will help prevent a fall or tripping. Please stay in touch with your doctor and let them keep examining you for any new physician finding and see if any change in medications are needed.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Thank you for your prompt response.
Will I get better? What is the possibility of permanent damage? I am a dentist so I have some medical knowledge, but I certainly want to know what can follow?

Brief Answer:
Supportive care. Recovery quick and prompt

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Withdrawal of offending drug is all you need. I don't see any reason why you should not recover. It will be done with in a few days maximum couple of weeks. Stay in touch with your doctor and have followup investigations after a week since last ones.

Good luck
