Brief Answer:
Need hospitalization.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

Firstly seeing your parameters you need urgent admission in the hospital without delay. I would advise you to get lipid profile, urinalysis, HbsAg and Anti HbC IgM done. You need to take hepatotropic drugs regularly. You might require more platelets transfusion. You need to regularly monitor your haemogram including platelets twice daily. You have to take the treatment according to physician who would properly examine you. I would not suggest you home treatment.Rest and fluid intake for hydration is important. Liver enzymes usually elevate and peak in second week after that start decreasing and may take weeks to months. But majority of patients recover completely. So get admitted to avoid complications.

Do not worry it happens in the course of disease. According to USG your liver is normal. The enzymes will come down. You can take Liv 52 2 tsp thrice daily for 3 months. Eat lot of sweet drinks and high protein low fat.
