Brief Answer:
Possible vitamin B12 deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can understand your concern.

Elevaed plasma homocysteine to such massive levels indicate deficiency of vitamin B12.

This needs an immediate evaluation for serum B12 levels.

Further management is based on the test levels.

External supplementation of high doses of this vitamin will usually normalize homocysteine levels.
