Brief Answer:
Need cardiologist evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

If you feed winded while climbing stairs I would advise you to see a cardiologist and perform an ECG and stresss test. An cardiocardiovascular cause for your complaints should be ruled out.
Also, if you were my patient I would perform you echocardiography to evaluate the structure and contractility of your heart.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
