Brief Answer:
i would advise against it

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

An increased vitamin B12 level is uncommon. Usually, excess vitamin B12 is removed in the urine.

Conditions that can increase B12 level include:
•Liver disease (such as cirrhosis or hepatitis)
•Myeloproliferative disorders (for example, polycythemia vera and chronic myelocytic leukemia)

I would advise you to fix a visit with your doctor and get done the baseline investigations for your mother to rule out any serious cause

CBC and Peripheral smear, LFTS, RFTS, Hepatitis Serology, Ultra sound abdomen

Homochek contains

Folic acid 1 mg, pyridoxine 10
mg, cyanocobalamin 400 mcg

I would strongly suggest not to use homocheck as the B12 level is quite high.
