Question : I had the Flu shot 3 weeks ago and have still got a very enlarged liver, fullness in epigastrium, up (R) side of throat. Rigors, arthragias, myalgias, nausea, headache and feel generally very unwell, but not ill enough to present to a A&E Dept. Same occurred post 2010 immunization. Have you heard of this issue before. XXXXX

Brief Answer: it is known Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXX I am Dr Mittal, MD Yes, these are commonly known symptoms that may occur after any vaccinations. They are usually more common in children, but are equally well known in adults. Since you have had the similar reaction before, you could try a vaccine with different components, or with different additives. Usually the symptoms settle on their own.
