Question : Hi Doctor, two months back I had lymph node enlarged on the neck. After few days the size was reduced but still its there. I didn't have any fever. But i have ESR rate 30mm and my age is 30 Female. Wat is the further test i should go for. Am worried. Please guide me. Thanks.

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history. You had lymph node enlargement 2 months back but is still persisting in reduced size and the high ESR of 30 at the age of 30 is making you anxious, I think.

Wants to know the further tests:
You must have undergone all the relevant blood reports hence got the ESR reading.
Ultrasonography and FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology)are the best diagnostic tools.
Biopsy is required if the FNAC is not conclusive.
