Question : I am a 84 year old male in good health. I noticed lately that my testicles have grown much larger. Should I be concerned?

Hello dear.
Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.

So enlargement in the size of testes needs evaluation.
Most common cause of testicle enlargement after the age of 50 years is lymphoma.
Uncommon causes include hydrocele and sometimes orchitis too. You require atleast an ultrasonogram of scrotum and testes.
