Question : I've had these moments where I can be doing absolutely nothing even sleeping and wakeup and use the restroom and start to blackout I get really sick to my stomach as long as i can get back to my bed alay flat on my back I start to feel better. However, I tend to be a work for a couple hours and get really shaky and sweat through my clothes. Its a meserable feeling thats hard to explain. Also i'm urinating more than I ever have. I have a family history of diabetes so I've had a blood test and they say its always normal. I feel like these episodes are getting more common.

Brief Answer:
Anxiety disorder should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, in your case, anxiety disorder should be considered.

One other thing that may be related to your complaints is a probable recurrent urinary tract infection.

A urine sample test is needed to evaluate/exclude this possibility.

I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor above mentioned possibilities.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

I take 20 milligrams of celexa every night before bed. Is there something else that would help if it is anxiety?
I had pain on the left side of my chest this morning when I woke up. It felt like I had just slept in a weird possession, but after a couple of hours I didn't notice it anymore. Later this morning I got really dizzy to the point it was hard to turn my head from side to side. Then I got really shaky. I ate something and started to feel better, but even though I wasn't as shaky anymore I was completely exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. Does all of this sound like anxiety?

Brief Answer:
You can try Alprazolam for anxiety disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear.

May be you can try Alprazolam ( Xanax 0.25 mg at evening) for anxiety disorder. Alprazolam should be taken only under medical supervision.

Pain you felt in the morning is most probably related to bad sleep position.

You said blood work was ok.
Does it include your blood sugar level?
If there is no fluctuation in blood sugar levels ( glicemia), then dizziness attacks are related to anxiety.

All these symptoms are part of anxiety disorder and if there was no other reason found ( blood low sugar level for example), then we can be sure it is anxiety disorder.

Hope I helped. Wishing you good health.
