Question : Thank you for inquiring about my health. I have not had a repeat of the 'brain clinching' I asked about, and feel reassured that it might not occur again. However I do feel a little more confused or mentally slow some days, which might be typical of being nearly 90.
Brief Answer:
A normal cognitive decline as we age,
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
In my opinion you are right, episodes of confusion and feeling mentally slow some days, if there are not other issues such continued memory problems, being disoriented, agitated, judgement and thinking issues, etc.that may indicate dementias, is an expected cognitive decline as we age.
If you or people near you notice any of these issues, neurological evaluation is necessary.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Kind regards.
