Brief Answer:
Probably seizures.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Upset stomach and deja-vu without loss of consciousness are characteristic symptoms of temporal lobe seizures.

So, in my opinion, it is necessary to consult with a Neurologist and to get evaluated further by imaging studies (brain MRI) and EEG, in order to confirm or exclude this possibility.

If this possibility (seizures) excluded after appropriate tests, gastroesophageal conditions ( such acid reflux, stomach ulcer ) should be considered as possible causes of nausea.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
