Brief Answer:
You can take a Tylenol again.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and I agree that your symptoms are suggestive of migraine with visual aura. Most migraine attacks last for 4-72 hours, however, in some cases, it can last upto 7 days.

You can take tylenol again. However, specific medicines such as rizatriptan tablets would be more effective in relieving the headache.

Since you are having repeated headaches, you could also consider using preventive medications such as topiramate tablets to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Thank you for your response I am not someone who likes to take pills I also have a lot of allergies therefore I avoid a lot of things
So taking a tylnol will do no harm even if I have taken it 3 days straight

Brief Answer:
Tylenol is reasonably safe.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

I agree it is better to avoid pills as much as possible.

Tylenol is definitely the safest of them all, and it can be taken three days straight without any worries about side effects.

Best wishes,
