Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.
Episodes of vomiting after feed with some episode of sweating could be due to acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning.
The child has sweating episodes which suggests that she might be having fever in between as it is not possible to take temperature all the time.
In gastroenteritis, vomiting occurs usually later on followed by loose stools. Fever usually comes late.
In food poisoning, vomiting occurs followed by fever, loose stools may or may not occur.
During vomiting, fluids of body are Lost so it is very important to give electrolyte solution to the child. In my opinion, you should give Syrup Ondansetron 0.15 mg/kg per dose for vomiting.
Child should be examined by a Pediatrician so that we may not miss important finding. Please maintain hydration , let her drink ORS solution as per requirement..
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
