I have read your query and understand your concern.
ED is indeed a very common side effect of prostate surgery and it is very important to treat it because if left untreated,it can result in atrophy ( shrinkage ) of penis which further enhances and causes more ED.
1st line treatment is always medicines like SILDENAFIL or TADAFIL etc but these medicines generally don't give the desired result.
Other options which can be opted are use of vacuum constriction device, putting intra urethral suppository and penile injections.
Another option which gives very good results is surgical implantation of artificial rods in muscles of your penis which provides penile rigidity.
The best on your part would be to consult your urologist and discuss with him on above mentioned possibilities and find the most suitable method for you.
There is no reason for you to feel depressed because your ED can definitely be taken care of.
