Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting the answers in the follow-up query.
I have some suggestions for you:
1. Quit alcohol as it can contribute to erection problems.
2. Practice kiegel's exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
3. Include green vegetables and fruits in your diet.
4. Go for penile doppler study to know the conditions of penile blood vessels. Also, go for serum testosterone levels test. Although, low testosterone does not lead to erection problems in most cases, but it can be contributory sometimes.
5. If the conditions for penile blood vessels is normal, then the problem most probably is due to psychological reasons mainly.
6. Drugs like sildenafil and tadalafil are used for erection problems. Visit a psychiatrist for proper prescription.
7. I hope there is no structural abnormality in penis. If you suspect this, a urologist will help you to deal with this.
I also hope that your wife is medically fit for pregnancy. A check-up with gynecologist will help to rule out any structural or hormonal problem in your wife too,if any.
Hope this helps.
If you have any further queries, feel free to ask.
Kindly close the discussion if you feel satisfied with the responses and give you valuable feedback.
I wish for your speedy recovery.
