not to worry, provide more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

Once a while problem in erection is normal. It can be due to many reasons. Erectile dysfunction is diagnosed only when problem is there since 6 months.

Also let me know more details to guide you further:

- Are you married?
If yes duration of marriage?
If not married, provide details about sex life with girlfriend. Where and in which circumstances you do sex?

- How did problem start? Any specific incidence was there?

- Do you pay more attention to erection while trying for intercourse/masturbation?

- Do you have any physical illness?

- How is relationship with your partner? Any emotional or social problem is there?

- Is morning erection present?

- Is there any history of smoking or alcohol?

- Is there any difficulty in urinating?

- When did you do successful intercourse/masturbation last?

- Is there any history of masturbation? If yes, how was pleasure/orgasm during masturbation?

I will be happy to help further after your response.

Brief Answer:
it is likely due to inflammation of foreskin

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for information and sorry for the delayed response.

Your problem in erection is due to tight foreskin. It is called phimosis.

If you were able to retract whole skin behind the glans penis just before this problem, infection/inflammation is likely reason. Application of topical steroids will help to clear the inflammation. However first of all physical examination is needed by the doctor/surgeon. You can get the prescription of steroid cream after that and solve your problem.

No need to worry much about your erection problem. It is due to tight foreskin. you will be able to enjoy the masturbation after correction of phimosis.

Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
wait until your infection get cured

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for asking your doubt. It is ok if you cannot get excitement for a while. Wait until your infection gets cured and you will be able to retract your foreskin easily. Avoid masturbation for few days.

After few days (approximately after 1 week) when you are comfortable, try to enjoy. You will be able to do masturbation without any problem.Do not think or become apprehensive about excitement.

No need of consulting urologist or physician.

Take care dear.
