What Causes Every Time I Go To The Bathroom Apart From Abdominal Cramps?

default
Posted on Fri, 9 Sep 2022
Question: Hi, I came off the contraceptive mini pill about 6 weeks ago - about 2.5 weeks ago I was ‘spotting’ but only really when I went to the bathroom
It took about 7 days to completely clear
Now about a week later it’s started again, lighter in colour and much more cramps but also only when I go to the bathroom - why? I’ve taken a pregnancy test and not pregnant - thanks

Brief Answer:
NEED MORE INFORMATION

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Are you suffering from PCOS or thyroid issues? children and last delivery?
Your age, weight and height?
Mini pill was for contraception or regularizing cycle?
From your complaints it looks like you need an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus.

Please provide me more details to help you better.

Brief Answer:
You need further investigation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In view of PCOS and obesity, mini pill may not help you in getting periods.
I think you need either an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus or a gynecologist check up.
May need normal contraceptive pills or progesterone withdrawal to induce periods.
It depends up on your HORMONAL status.
First of all cycles has to be regularized. I suggest you to consult an infertility SPECIALIST.
Need to have a direct check up for suggesting medicines.

Hope my answer helps you.
