I have gone through your query.

If you do not have any dental problem, then one of the common cause of your symptom is gastroesophageal reflux disease.

I would suggest you to avoid spicy foods, alcohol and smoking.
It is better to have small frequent meals than heavy meals. Walk for 10 to 15 min post lunch and dinner. Do not lie down immediately after food.

I would have treated you with capsule omez 20 mg taken once daily, before breakfast for week.
Also you have to maintain good oral hygiene. You will be fine.
