CONTACT WITH NEAR BY HOSPITAL.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I understand your concern.
Following intake of MTP pill, vaginal bleeding is quite common phenomena (moderate to heavy) and it will continue until product of conception is expelled out from uterine cavity.
If bleeding is QUITE excessive, then I suggest you to contact with near by hospital and admit her to ER department for safe termination of pregnancy in emergency basis.
Hope, it helps for your information. If you have any other query, you can ask me freely.
Wish her good health and take care herself.

or is there any way/medicine to stop bleeding ?
Brief Answer:
FOLLOW THE ADVICE.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
1) Quite excessive bleeding means continuous heavy bleeding with multiple blood clots without any interruption which can lead to restlessness of the patient, fainting, low BP, high pulse rate etc.
2) In that case, patient needs to be admitted in the hospital. Medical abortion with massive bleeding is an emergency condition and requires urgent termination.
3) Oral medicine like Tranexamic Acid (PAUSE etc) is effective in case of mild bleeding and NOT effective to control HEAVY bleeding in medical abortion. It may interrupt abortion procedure. D & C is the best choice in emergency to evacuate uterine cavity and arrest bleeding.
Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Good luck and all the best.
