Question : excessive burping rapid pulse gas x relieves symtoms for a while then they return. they start at night and i feel like i am having rapid heart beat

Rapid pulse, burping and gas are typically seen in gastritis induced by anxiety.

Do take a course of antacid like Pantoprazole for minimum of 1 week.

You may have to also get an ECG to rule out other heart conditions and if ECG (Electrocardiogram) is normal then do visit a Psychiatrist to get yourself examined and get management of anxiety planned.
