Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms seems typical for GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease or acid reflux). GERD typically is associated with burping, hyperacidity and changing in bowel habits.

If you were my patient I would recommend as follows:
- Avoid spicy food, chocolate, carbonated and energy drinks
- Avoid café, tea and alcohol
- avoid laying down to bed 2-3 hours after eating
- Use 2 pillows when you are laying down to bed
- Use antacids OTC (Daviscon)
- Use PPI OTC (Prilosec)
- Use chamomile tea
- Avoid unnecessary stress

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
