Question : Lately my 18 month old daughter refuses to sleep is there anything to help her sleep and how long to i let her cry before picking her up

There could be many reasons for your child crying. The primary cause other than hunger is discomfort. Your child could either be suffering from abdominal colic or distention, or she is seeking personal touch. In case of the former, you need to give her Decolic Syrup. In case of the latter, she might be seeking cuddling and your personal touch. You need not wait at all. Pick her up immediately and try to find out the cause of her crying.
