Brief Answer:
Continue giving anti colic medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

I have gone through the detail and do understand your concern.
Crying in babies peak between two to three months and in most of the cases the underlying reason could not be detected. It is said that evening crying is mostly due to colic called evening colic and relieves with the use of anti colic medication.I would suggest you to continue giving anti colic medicine as advised by your doctor.
Sleep abnormality is very common in early infancy and the sleep cycle usually gets normal by 4-6 months of age.
Apart from giving anti colic medicine you may also try swinging the baby gently in a rhythmic motion, taking him outside in the open air or let him suck something.Burp him well after each feed to avoid gaseous distension causing discomfort.
I suggest you not to loose patience and keep your nerves cool as this would subside as the baby grows.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more queries.
Regards
