Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but do not worry. Newborns do show a wide variation in colour, consistency and frequency of poops. If the symptoms in your baby are not associated with vomiting, abdominal distension and fever then there is no need to worry. It can be a normal variation in frequency.

Ensure exclusive breastfeeding and maintain hydration by regular feeds. Give proper burping for 3-4 minutes in between and after feeds to help in peristalsis and aerophagia.

In case the irritability continue with excess cry or there is any other symptom such as fever, vomiting or abdominal distension, then do visit your pediatrician. They will completely examine the baby for definitive diagnosis.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
