Question : I get a lot of phlegm in my throat. It has been going on off and on for about 3 weeks. I constantly feel like I have to clear my throat.

Hello,
Your problem is due to postnatal drip which occurs due to allergic cause. You need to take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily. Also take steam inhalation. It should help.
