It is very important to take care of this, because may aggravate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Protein in the urine is sign of a kidney infection or damage.
The pain in the lower abdomen can be sign of a gynecological problem (if you have any risk for it) or sign of a urine infection.

My recommendation is to see a local doctor as soon as possible so you can rule out these causes.
-- Consider a urine analyse to rule out a urinary infection.
-- Also, checking creatinine will tell you if you have kidney failure, together with the urine output in 6 hours.

The most important thing, as I said above, is to do this as soon as possible because you need to start a treatment if that is needed, which can prevent and why not reverse, a possible damage of the kidney.

Avoid taking medications for the pain, because they may damage the kidney further.

Hope this is helpful.
