Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Though agitation , anxiety and excessive sweating are side effects related to sertraline, they are not very common. An option would be to gradually taper to a lower dose such as 50 mg to see for improvement. If the sweating persists then you can be switched to another drug of the same class such as fluoxetine or paroxetine or escitalopram, in consult with your doctor.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Hello again.
The timing of the medication can be a factor especially if there are troublesome side effects occurring particularly at night time. These may accompany insomnia and night sweats. You have two valid options. Both can be tried after consulting your doctor i.e Dose reduction and changing the medication to morning instead of night time.
Let me know if you have any query
Thanks.

Hello again
I have had good clinical outcome and experience with paroxetine in my patients. So, my preference would be for paroxetine in your case.
