Brief Answer:
High humidity could be a factor

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that you live in San XXXXXXX where the humidity is quite high (around 84% for now). It would not be unusual for you to sweat a lot in such a humid condition.

Please let me whether the sweating seems to have been triggered by some specific event or stress. Anxiety pills should provide some relief. Additionally I would insist you to take ORS (oral rehydration solution) and plenty of water.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
