Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Sweating is an adrenergic symptom, while cold feeling is a neuroglycopenic symptom. A combination of feeling cold and sweating may be seen during periods of hypoglycemia. I suggest that you get random and fasting blood sugar levels done. The causes for hypoglycemia are many but the most common cause is taking diabetes medicine. We can probe for other conditions once hypoglycemia has been ruled out.
Low blood oxygen levels would also give similar symptoms. Now there are many causes that can cause low blood oxygen levels. A decreased blood supply to the feet may also produce cold feet but sweating is absent in such cases.
Hope it helps.
