Question : my wife is 60 yrs old & in good health. She is experiencing sweats, hot to cold and pain under her ribs. Her blood pressure was 140/35.
Brief Answer:
There could be three possibilities.
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM,
There could be three possibilities.
It could be post menopausal hot sweats
Is she on regular blood pressure medication? If so her blood pressure may be going up even more occasionally, so the extra blood pressure medication she took may help.
Thirdly it could be due to smoking withdrawal, if she has stopped recently.
Please revert back. Regards
