Brief Answer:
Need more information as following....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the medical history of your bf and can say as following.

Let me recapitalize his case:
- sweating for no reason with cold sweats
- rush of heat
- everything turned black and white
- salty taste
- have a personal history of high blood pressure

Now, at this point, I want to know:
- what medicines he is taking currently for high blood pressure?
- did you measure his blood pressure (bp)?
- what about his blood sugar levels (bsl)?
- what he had for dinner?
- was the room temperature high? hot last night?
- did he take his medicines last night?
- did he take any other drug before the episodes of sweating?
- is he also having the same problems at the moment? or it happened only last night?

As per your description, it seems that he might be experiencing drops in blood pressure or sugar levels. However, other causes should be ruled out too after having the requested information.

Thank you.
