Question : my husband is sweating excessive and heartburn sever and a pain in the left elbow. Needs to burp can't
pulse 49-53 oxygen 94 whats going on

Hi and thank you for asking.

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. You are reporting about sweating and pulse 49-53 plus heartburn.
These symptoms may be due to :
- heart issues
- GERD ( acid reflux).
2. To my opinion you need to be evaluated with :
- ECG
- heart ultrasound
It would be better if you can go to ER and ruled out her issues.
After excluding heart issues than I would recommend to do upper endoscopy to better evaluate GERD.

Meantime you can use prilosec Otc.
