Brief Answer:
Recent thyroid profile first.
Detailed Answer:
dear madam, hi and we to HCM. as the situation is clear, you are hypothyroidism, on replacement. as per XXXXXXX report you were being overdosed so your dose was reduced. now again the symptoms you describe are suggestive of Hyperthyroidism. but it can also be anything else, may be thyroiditis? so to confirm please get a fresh thyroid profile so we can get back to you and suggest you what has to be done.
