Brief Answer:
Infection suggested;
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The symptoms you described are suggestive for a viral or bacterial infection (gastrointestinal, urine infection etc). To confirm it you need to see a physician.
I need more details about your symptoms like duration of your symptoms, any medical conditions, etc.
Except of a detailed clinical examination some blood and urine test are needed:
-A full blood count and ESR
-Glycemia
-Proteine C reactive
-Liver and renal function tests
-electrolytes
-TSH
-Urine sample
Meanwhile try to check the body temperature and drink plenty of water. Upload the reports so that I am better able to help.
Will be a pleasure to help you further.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
