Brief Answer:
Sweating

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
We have the advantage of an exam that was done today and a doctor who says she is fine. Sometimes it takes a day or two for other symptoms to develop. If there is something going in that needs to be treated, it will show itself in the next day or two.
In the meantime, I recommend continuing the cool downs and making her as comfortable as possible. If the symptoms resolve in the next two days, then there is nothing left to do. If not, I recommend getting reexamined by your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
In that case, the only other things I can think of are:
Hormonal. Sometimes hormone levels can be a little off following an illness.
Cardiac. Sometimes, the heartrate can be a little elevated and this can cause sweating.
I would discuss these possibilities with your doctor.
