Brief Answer:
It doesn't appear to be anything serious or any sign of infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know is it the only symptom?
Is it associated with any itching?
Since when you are having this problem?
Do you have any other medical illness?
Do you shave it have lot of hair around your private area?

Anal region has lot of glands that can secrete sweat and sebum. This is partly due to the presence of excess hair and partly due to other factors. Other factors include excessive stress, increased moving activity and thyroid dysfunction.

In the absence of other symptoms and this being only symptom I don't think it is associated with any illness or infection.

Presently I would suggest you, If you find the hair are excessive, then attempt removing the hair. Avoid injuries during removing the hair. You can use dusting powder like Clocip or any other brand that you can get at your place. Wash that area with cool water and use mild soap like dove or dermadew. Wear loose fitting cotton undergarments during the day time and avoid it when at home use loose fitting shorts.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
