                                    Brief Answer:
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would need to clarify whether the child has fever. In any case the child is already on antibiotics and should gradually respond. Please continue Bactrim as well as Vitamin D drops.
Unless the child is lethargic you need not worry. It would soon be fine. The sweating is not a cause to worry about.
Regards

She is not having any fever. We checked temperature and it is around 95.6C. She is active but our only concern is sweating and coldness in hand and legs palms. She is also urinating very less compared to 2-3 days before.

                                    Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached report (same as earlier). There is nothing to worry. The temperature of 95.6°F is not concerning as it is the superficial temperature and does not necessarily indicate the core body temperature (which is higher). However, the reduced urine output concerns me. You need to give her plenty of water and fluids to drink. I think that should solve the problem. I would not be worried about the sweating.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response. As I have checked the report. It does not seem concerning to me. You need to get concerned only if there are frequent episodes of urinary tract infection. In that case a DTPA or DMSA scan might require to be done. (DTPA Scan is used for evaluating the perfusion, cortical function and any obstructive pathology involving the kidneys. Whereas DMSA Scan gives information regarding the cortical morphology of the kidneys and is therefore used for evaluation of cortical scarring.)
Let me know if I could help further.
