Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings from Dr. Divakara.P
Thanks for choosing Healthcare Magic.
Burning and Itching sensation in the feet points towards some nerve damage . This along with excessive sweating indicates some neurological diseases.
But before going into the evaluation of neurological diseases that can cause these symptoms , I want to know how much abnormal do you think that your son sweats. I am asking this because some people have a body type and sweat a lot but that is slightly excessive than normal people. So how excessive is his sweating.
Also i need one more clarification as your query is bit confusing. Are both you and your son having sweating problem or it's just only your son.
Now coming to evaluation I need to know what tests were conducted till now and what medication has been prescribed till now.
I advise you to get first Nerve Conduction test of both lower limbs, get Blood pressure checked in lying down and upright position, Fasting and Post prandial blood sugars, Complete hemogram .
Also try to know whether he consumes any alcohol or any drugs .
Kindly revert back to me with details asked.
