Brief Answer:
Needs checkup

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us again.
Babies do sweat but not much during feeding or sleep
If she is sweating a lot, you need to consult your doctor for a good general checkup. Certain cardiac conditions can cause excess sweating like left to right shunts. Many of these may not manifest until first two months.
I am not frightening you, but it is just one of the possibilities.
There could be other causes including thyroid, anemia, etc
It is better to evaluate her once to clear your concern.

Wishing your baby good health
Regards
Dr Arun
