Brief Answer:
Need Cardiac Evaluation.

Detailed answer:

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your mother and I would like to tell you that symptoms mentioned in your query are typically indication of Angina or a cardiac event for which she needs a cardiac evaluation.

It’s advisable to get an ECG, echocardiography, Chest X-ray and cardiac markers done and personal consult a cardiologist with reports for further management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
