Question : i started to sweat along with heaviness, uneasiness below chest area. it continued for hours, i took gelusil, sparacid for gastritice but no support. pain slowely disappeared after few hrs.

I have gone through your query. Most likely it can be gastritis.But better to rule out cardiac cause by doing an ECG and stress test (TMT) to be on safe side.

Antacids won't help always in gastritis. Taking H2 blockers like Ranitidine (Zantac) or Proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) will be helpful for this. Taking any of these for 5 to 7 days will better.
