Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
These symptoms does not seem to be because of Vit D deficiency. Still if you are deficient in Vit D, continue taking it once weekly for at least 3 months.
I also want to know what is your blood sugar levels. If you have not tested it, kindly get it checked as these symptoms could be pointing towards developing diabetes.
I will also recommend you to do some more tests (if not done) like a ECG, 2D Echo(for evaluation of heart), Vitamin B12 level & urine routine examination.
Frequent urination can be because of increase fluid intake or Urinary infection so getting a urine examination is important.
In the meanwhile, stop taking excess fluids at night. You can take as much fluid in day as you want.
Further treatment will be as per the result of the tests.
Thanks & take care
