Question : i m feeling thirsty too often now a days since last month.

The most common causes of increase in thirst are:
1. Dehydration and reduce water intake.
2. Diabetes Mellitus and Insipidus.
3. Thyroid disorders.
4. Idiopathic - when no cause is found.
So in my opinion you should get your following investigations done:
1. Fasting blood sugar.
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Urine routine.
