Brief Answer:
due to the effect of plan B

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry as it is just a simple withdrawal bleeding after plan B.
It is very common and will be gone soon.
Irregularities in your period is due to the effect of progesterone present in plan B.
Nothing to worry and no active treatment needed either and no risk of pregnancy either.
Take care.
