Question : i have been vomiting for 1-2 months every day and i have lost 13 pounds so far. I am 124 originally but 111 now. I sometimes don't have any appetite but sometimes I eat well. Also, i discovered that there's a strong urge to vomit every day especially when i am in the toilet at home. May i know if i am having OCD or eating disorder?

I understand your concern.

Excessive vomiting in your case could be due to the eating disorder, in my opinion.

This kind of purgative measures are often seen in those who are overweight and binge eaters.

Weight loss promoting measures are often adopted by them.

But having said that, its always advisable to get a transabdominal ultrasound to rule out organic gut pathology.
