Hi
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

I can understand your concern, and I do hope the thyroid hormones are normal with treatment. If not, you need to set them right in the first place with the help of your endocrinologist.

You have mentioned overweight , Please let me know your BMI ? You need to consult a dietitian additionally . Go to gym regularly and start exercising under trainer's supervision.
If your BMI is more than 40 then you may need weight loosing surgery.

Anxiety and depression are quite common in this age group. Make sure you visit your friends and spend time with them on regular basis. Join a group and do yoga and meditation regularly. If folowing all these do not help, then I'd suggest you to consult Psychiatrist for counselling.

I hope this is helpful.
Be positive. Feel free to ask further.
