Brief Answer:
This is a very difficult task...

Detailed Answer:
HI,
Weight loss is inevitable in clients battling with pancreatic cancer. The can only eat as much calories as possible but this is often no helpful as they will not be able to digest it well. Also, appetite is down and they rarely eat much. The cancer process itself draws so much energy that eventually leads to inevitable weight loss.

Eating as much healthy and rich caloric food is our hope. Work with a dietitian for best possible diets. If appetite is low, progesterone supplements have been used to boost this. Let his doctors consider offering this to him.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
