Brief Answer:
Nsaid mdication and x ray advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

first advice would be some antiinflammatory/ pain medication with nsaid like ibuprofen or similar after checking with your local doc for contraindications. But also i would normally schedule an x ray to find the cause/ rule out any fractured bone or activated arthritis which might cause this.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
