Question : When I inhale all the way, I feel what I assume is my expanded lung in the upper left part of my back. I never felt this before, and it is only on the one side. What do you think?

I were to suspect collection of air pockets in the tissue due to the seepage of air from the lung(subcutaneous emphysema).I were to examine, take a chest X-ray and rule out same.This is harmless and self limiting.Do not panic.
