This seems like a Milium which is a actually small epidermal keratin cyst.
Treatment of milium is simple i.e extraction with a fine needle.
Another possibility is that it is a small wart. This too has to be removed i.e usually with a radiofrequency cautery Or CO 2 Laser.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

is there any lotion or cream which I can apply on the same so that it can break on its own.
